Rumusan : Refleksi During the Movement Control Order (MCO) period
Pembelajaran due to the spread of Covid 19 pandemic spanning

over nearly three months, physical school
attendance was suspended but the learning
process continued through messaging servives like
WhatsApp, Telegram, as well as Google
Classroom. Because of the physical distance
between the teacher and the students, most of the
activities during English lessons were focused on
reading and writing skills. Assigning students to do
voice recording project was one of the attempts to
get students to practise their speaking skills.
It was found out that the students were able to
speak fluently and confidently which was way
better than their usual performance in the
classroom. This could be attributed to the fact that
they had ample time to do research in preparing
their text and in dong their voice recording. They
were able to record and listen to their own speech
delivery before deciding to submit their product of
their project.
This project would also be another step forward in
encouraging students to venture into the digital
world more in enhancing their own learning.
