As we are set to see out 2020, I think it’s worth a moment of reflection on the year REFLECTIONS ON 2020
that’s been. No one could have anticipated the landscape of 2020, as we started our PAGES 10 - 14
financial year in the midst of a global pandemic, many were sceptical as to what
this year looked like. However, I truly believe we have exceeded expectations when LEADERBOARDS
it comes to the advancements in our business model and our sales success.

In the absence of summer holidays and recreational spending, and more enforced PHIL GOULT
time at home than ever before, all of a sudden our houses became our sense of
security and comfort when the outside world was overwhelming. As we have seen, PAGE 16
the desire to improve the quality, space or safety of our homes has led us to the MICHAEL YELLOP
point we are now. Our catalogue of products has appealed to every audience
during this pandemic with everything from ancillary items to orangeries seeing PAGE 17
significant uptake. THE ESSENCE OF YOUTH

None of this would have been possible without your willingness to embrace PAGE 18
change, to ADAPT, and prove why we remain Number 1 in the home improvements PETE RUSSELL
industry. We continue to see incredible results from our top 5 sales reps, who this
month offer their insight and industry knowledge, having all just exceeded £1m in PAGE 19
sales for the year to date. Equally, I am delighted we have welcomed so many new GETTING TO KNOW
faces to the Anglian family, and within 'The Essence of Youth' we spoke to 2 of our
newest recruits to find out how they are settling in. PAGE 20

As we see out the remainder of 2020, now is the final push, for you to maximise
those last selling opportunities. You can make the difference to your final earning
potential for 2020, so be the difference and you will reap those rewards.
