3.7.4 Process Departments (Process Layout)

 Grouping like processes together and placing individual process department relative
to one another based on flow between department

 Used when the volume of activity for individual part is not sufficient to justify a
product layout or group layout.

Basic layout types can be shown through Figure 3.2 below.
