As you have probably noticed, exciting things are happening in Rena Ware: we are introducing new products
and are in the process of redesigning our website. Training is no exception! We are taking a new approach that
has three main objectives:

1. A more collaborative process. We want to create training FOR you, to help YOU achieve
your goals. This will happen in two ways:

A. Once new training is available, you will have the opportunity to send us comments
and feedback to rwu@renaware.com.

B. We will take your comments and feedback into account to adjust existing training or
create new training that is tailored to your needs, as well as to Rena Ware business
practices.

2. More practice. Our new training seminars will include more activities designed for you to
practice what you are learning, and give you the confidence to apply your new knowledge
and skills with actual prospects and customers. The new seminars will also include fun
game-like activities to keep you engaged, both if you are training on your own and if you
are in a group.

3. More assessment. The new training will include more opportunities for you to evaluate
your learning and celebrate your progress.

REMEMBER, TRAINING IS CRUCIAL TO YOUR SUCCESS. THE MORE YOU
PUT INTO IT, THE MORE YOU WILL GET OUT OF IT. TAKE ADVANTAGE
