                                                                      AS A SCHOOLBOY FAR FROM HOME,
           PERU                                                       HOW DID  YOU MANAGE ON  YOUR
                                                                      OWN IN AN UNFAMILIAR CITY?
                                                                      I really started my adult life at age 12, alone and away
                                                                      from my parents and siblings. At first, since I was a
                                                                      minor and couldn’t have a permanent job, I made
                                                                      money running errands. I also worked at a print shop
                                                                      and at a soda fountain for minimum wage.

                                                                      WHAT WERE YOU DOING WHEN YOU
                                                                      LEARNED ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY?

                                                                      I remember at that time I was selling  electrical
                                                                      appliances. I met my recruiter, Apolinar Chalco, at
                                                                      church and admired the way he dressed as it showed
                                                                      me that he was a respected and successful person. I
                                                                      talked with him about an opportunity and the very
                                                                      next day I joined Rena Ware.


                                                                      YOU HAVE DEVELOPED  A GREAT

                                                                      WOULD YOU ADVISE  OTHERS  WHO
                                                                      WANT TO DO THE SAME?
                                                                      I would advise others who want to achieve what I have
                                                                      is to begin by recruiting constantly. I have also spent
                                                                      a lot of time during my career focused on mastering
                                                                      the activities a Consultant needs to thrive. You need
                                                                      to focus on training and especially on creating other
                                                                      leaders. This is the way to be successful in this great
                                                                      company.
