Fireless Delicacy-Chocolate Laddus
Ingredients for making 10 laddus:
1. Marie biscuits- 25
2. Chopped nuts (almond and cashew)- 1/4 cup
3. Chocolate powder- 3 table spoons
4. Condensed milk- 1/2 cup
5. Sprinklers-1/4 cup
6. Desiccated coconut-3 table spoons
Procedure:
1. Powder the Marie biscuits
2. Add the chopped nuts
3. Add the chocolate powder
4. Add the condensed milk
5. Mix them well
6. Knead like a dough
7. Roll the sticky dough to make laddus
8. Dip them in condensed milk
9. Roll the laddus over desiccated coconut
(for white laddus) or sprinklers (for colourful laddus)
10. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Our yummilicious Chocolate Laddus are ready.
