HEADER TETHER KITS

As of January 1, 2014 NHRA made a rule change that affects any com-
petitor with a header that has a removable collector. All headers with
removable collectors must have a NHRA accepted tether. EW’s tether kit
comes complete with stainless clamps in a wide range of sizes, which
are available for the primary tube and the collector tube of your exhaust.
990000 Each tether itself is made up of 1/8” cable and is available with two
machined aluminum ends that attach to the clamps for easy installation.
The machined ends are also equipped with a removable shoulder bolt so
you can remove the tether without taking off your tube clamps. Tethers
are available in 10”, 15”, and 20” lengths.
