2.1 Principle of Neutron Back-Scattered
Working principle of neutron back-scattered technique
is based on the detection of scattered neutron after col-
lision with the nucleus in material. Thermal neutron is
used in this technique. These neutron are obtained af-
ter moderation and slow-down process of fast neutron
emitted by a neutron sealed source. Upon interaction
