Absolute moisture content in the saturated zone is
needed for estimation of porosity and the amount of
water in reservoir storage. Reader from saturated con-
dition reflect the based line humidity in the reservoir
zone. The information of moisture content at a given
time is important to calculate fluctuation at the water
table in order to determine the amount of water in stor-
age within the zone. Neutron gauges measurement
