in-situ approach. Alternatively, details engineering ap-
proach had been done to utilise neutron sealed source
in the measurement of moisture in the soil, especially
for road construction application [?].

    The humidity through out the depth below the sur-
face can be measured using this gauge.Typical neu-
tron source used in this gauge is Americium-241/Berylium
