president of South Africa in 1994. He transformed South Africa into a
non-segregated prosperous nation and retired from politics in 1999. He
taught humanity to people. He encouraged people to never give up. For
his incredible contribution he was awarded with a number of titles and
prizes. He was awarded the most reputed Nobel Peace Prize in 1993. He
died on December 5, 2013 at the age of 95. The whole world mourned
his death. Today he stands as a peace, struggle and leadership icon for
millions of people worldwide.
