I look up from crying. As tears are rolling down my cheeks and snot is
slowly running from my nose, “What warning do you have for me Jacob?”
He delays and lets out another one of those awful sighs. “Whatever you
do little brother do not lose sight of your loved ones, you have already
lost too much, and whatever you do, do not let anyone drive a car unless
you are driving.”
“What?”
“I can not stay any longer, I have
already said too much.”
“What do you mean?” I frantically
ask out of panic.
“I am sorry little brother, I have to
go.”
“NO! Jacob, what do you mean, do
not let anyone drive except me?” I
look around in the dark. Waiting
for an answer from my older
brother. “Jacob!” I scream. He is
gone. I start to have an anxiety
attack. I start panicking. I can
not catch my breath. My heart is
racing, and my chest is pounding.
I feel like I am about to pass out.
I am blinded by the brightest light I have ever experienced. I am
overwhelmed by the constant ringing in my ear. It is all blurry and I am
lost. I tell myself to “get up, and move.”
My senses start to come to the realization of what is going on. The bright
