Unit 1

We were sitting on a big stone. Suddenly a big tiger was seen. We were so
scared that we didn’t know what to do. Cathy tried to run away but Guru

stopped her. He said, “We should be together, in case we needed to fight it.”

We agreed however our bodies were shaking with fear. We just stood still.
The tiger stared at us to make us freeze and bowed it’s head down. I shut my
eyes and opened to see a pleasant sight. The tiger had a deer in its mouth.

We were not attacked. We hugged each other.

Unit 2
Gothi : Excuse me, gentleman. I need a book on cookery.

Puri : Which cookery, ma’am? Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian

or...............
Gothi : One on Italian cookery.
Puri : Here you are, ma’am! It has a full description on Italian cookery.

Gothi : How much is the cost?

Puri : It’s only 13 dollars.
Gothi : Do you accept cards or I have to pay in cash?
Puri : Only cash.

Gothi : Here’s the money.

Puri : Thank you, visit again.
