system. They are likely to cause cancer and other chronic diseases. Nowadays
the use of junk food is increasing. They are tasty to eat and need no time or

less time to prepare. Noodles, chips, sweets and canned drinks are the junk
foods which are more in use. We should avoid them. Many schools don’t

allow junk food to the students. This rule should be applied at home and
the society.

Unit 4

There are fifty three countries and about 900 million people in Africa. In the
north there are deserts and in the south, there are big plains and a desert

called the Kalahari.
Africa is very famous for wild animals. There are big herbivores such as

giraffes, elephants and hippos and big carnivores like lions and crocodiles.
There are a lot of natural resources in Africa but the continent is very poor.

About 380 million Africans are poor. Africa is rich in language and culture
too.

I have a new pet dragon,
He followed me from a dream.
