By then she was recognized as a popular activist and a strong

          opponent of Taliban.

As Malala became more recognized, dangers began hovering

around her. It was the afternoon of 9 October 2012, Malala was

in her school bus back to home. A

gunman attacked her with a pistol.

He fired three shots on her. But

luckily she was saved. She was

taken to England for her treatment.

After the attack, support grew for

          her. She became more popular

          and her movement became much

          stronger. She was honoured with

a number of prizes and titles. In 2014 she was awarded the

Nobel Peace Prize, the most reputed prize ever and became the

youngest ever laureate, aged only 17, of the prize.

Since then she has been living in England and continuing her

study. She is an excellent student. She has planned to join politics

after her study. Let’s pray that the dream of this girl come true.
