                       C/O constantly coughing and having trouble breathing for the past 3 days.



                       History

                              • recent recovered from an upper respiratory infection

                              • multiple bouts of bronchitis in the past year


                       Physical exam


                              • moderate to severe respiratory distress with bilateral expiratory wheezing.


                       VS

                              • RR = 32/min


                              • BP=120/83 mm Hg

                              • HR = 135/min

                              • Temperature 37.8 C.

                              • pO2 = 93%


                       What drug should be given to the boy to rapidly relieve his symptoms?
