CROCKPOT CHEESY POTATOES



     From the Kitchen of Shelbi Dockens




     Ingredients:

     1 (32 oz) bag frozen diced potatoes
     1 medium onion, diced
     1 cup sour cream

     1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
     ½ tsp garlic powder
     ½ tsp onion powder

     Salt & pepper to taste
     4 Tbs butter, melted
     2 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded



     Instructions
       1. In a crockpot, add potatoes, onions, sour cream, soup, seasonings, butter and 1 ½ cups cheese.

       2. Place lid on and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
       3. Remove lid and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes until
          cheese is melted.
