SIMPLE POUND CAKE
From the Kitchen of Kara Cooper
Ingredients:
1 Sarah Lee pound cake
1 pkg. strawberries
2 Tbsp. sugar
Whipped topping
Directions:
Open pound cake and slice to the needed number of slices
Wash and dice strawberries
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar
Mix up sugar and strawberries
Place a generous portion of the strawberry mixture on top of each slice
Add whipped topping to each slice
Serve and enjoy!
Notes: If you have time to make this in advance: dice, sugar, and
refrigerate before adding to the top of the cake
