Writing 4.3.2 familiar high frequency words
Spell familiar high frequency words High frequency words are words which pupils use
accurately often in Year 1 writing, such as colours, numbers, and
classroom objects. Teachers should use their own
judgment on familiar high frequency words, according
to words pupils write often in their lessons.
