AUTUMN APPLE SALAD

I use the same recipe for both and will bake a meatloaf while cooking the
meatballs!
I Have Made This Numerous Times For Some Friends Who Love It! I Have Added
Raspberries Sometimes, And Used Raspberry Dressing! It Is Very Interchangeable!

ingredients & items you need
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1 small onion, finely chopped
ingredients & items you need
1-1/3 cups soft bread crumbs
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Cup Salad Dressing Or Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
3 Cups Assorted Apples, Chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Cup Minced Celery
2 pounds ground beef
1 Cup Red Grapes Cut In Half

1 Tablespoon Walnuts Chopped

Preheat oven to 375°.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese,

garlic and seasonings; mix well.
Chill.
Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Top With Chopped Walnuts
Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls.
For Serving. 8 Servings!
Place meatballs on greased racks in shallow baking pans.
Enjoy!
Bake, uncovered, until no longer pink, 15-18 minutes.
