4.    DEFINISI

                   4.1     LITERASI BAHASA MELAYU

                   Keupayaan untuk membaca, menulis dan memahami perkataan dan ayat serta mengaplikasikan pengetahuan
                   tersebut dalam pembelajaran dan komunikasi harian.
