Certification of the League

Auditor Credit Union league of Thailand Limited.

This certification letters I presented to you for the benefit of auditing the financial

statement of the Credit Union League of Thailand Limited. For the year ended December
31, 2019 to give an opinion whether the said statement presents fairly and accurately in
accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Co-operative Registrar, the financial
position as of December 31, 2018 the operating results for the year then ended by the
league.

We are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements that
you audit and these financial statements are prepared conform the regulations prescribed
by the Co-operative Registrar. 45

We would like to certify the details of the financial statements to the best of our
knowledge as follows:
1. The financial statements have none of the significant misstatement, including รายงานกิจการ ๒๕๖๓
negligent presenting of transactions and data. CULT Annual Report 2020
2. We have completely provided the following documents and other related data for

you to audit:
2.1 Accounting records, documents and other related data.
2.2 Minutes of the Board of Directors meeting and minutes of the annual general

meeting.
3. There are no irregularities related to the actions of the Board of Directors of the
officials of the league, who have duties related to the accounting system and internal control
system, or there are no irregularities significantly affecting financial statement.
4. The league has complied with all the conditions in the contracts, with which non-

compliance may cause significant effects to the financial statement, in addition, the league
has complied with the rules and regulations of the government and the controlling agencies,
with which noncompliance may cause significant effects to the financial statement.

5. The league has not been informed by the government agencies for any noncom-
pliance with laws or regulations that may affect the financial statement, including claims, tax
assessments or contingent liabilities that should be disclosed in the financial statements or
set up reserves for the possible damage.
6. The following transactions and data have been properly an adequately recorded

and disclosed in the financial statement:
