7. There was discount inventory price equal to the price is expected to be sold or

net for an item is out of date, unsold or damaged and there are no outstanding items that
show the price is higher than the net that would have been.
8. The league has full legal right and authority in its properties. No lien, pledge or

mortgage obligation on the properties. The properties are not places as a guarantee to
debts except for those disclosed in the financial statement.
9. The league has properly recorded and disclosed all of its liabilities, both the cur-
rent and contingent ones. Disclosure in the notes of the financial statements also included
all security placed to third parties. In addition, the league has no current or possible legal

cases.
46 10. Except those disclosed in the notes of the financial statements, no events or facts

significantly affecting the financial statements require additional adjustments or disclosure in

the notes.
