It’s time for our annual picnic. On Wednesday, June 12 at 11:30 am we will enjoy another beautiful day at the
home of Nancy and Bob Hoeft at 325 CR 2650N, Mahomet (take Rt 47 north of Mahomet and watch for the CR
2650 sign). Please bring a salad, vegetable dish or dessert to share. If you don’t have arrangements for a ride
contact Kay McCoy (351-9106). Any lady from Savoy UMC is welcome to join us. Special thanks go out to Diane
Lough for the beautiful Mother’s Day favors she created and to those who helped prepare and serve the DAR lunch
on May 15 as well as the setup crew.

Betty Horvat is turning 100 years old! We will be having a birthday open house on June 9th from
1-3pm at the church! A light lunch and cake will be served!
