Fellowship Time—Sundays at 10:00 AM
A connection opportunity between Sunday worship services at 10:00 am to grab a cup of coffee, snack and to
visit with each other!

Senior Saints—June 20th at 10:30am
Senior Saints meets monthly in various locations, usually on the third Thursday, beginning with a program or
outing mid-morning, followed by lunch at a local restaurant. The purpose of the group is fellowship, friendship
and fun! Each month brings a different event, so you can participate whenever you are able. Contact Gary &

The June event for the Senior Saints will be a tour of the Eastern Illinois Foodbank facility. The date is June 20.
We will meet at SUMC at 10:30. Lunch will be at Perkins at 12:00. Reservation to be made with Doug or Mary
Bauling-Ph 328-2008 or email bauling@yahoo.com.

United Methodist Women—June 12th at 11:30 am at the Hoeft home.
A multigenerational group of women who meet monthly in service and fellowship.

It’s time for our annual picnic. On Wednesday, June 12 at 11:30 am we will enjoy another beautiful day at the
home of Nancy and Bob Hoeft at 325 CR 2650N, Mahomet (take Rt 47 north of Mahomet and watch for the CR
2650 sign). Please bring a salad, vegetable dish or dessert to share. If you don’t have arrangements for a ride
contact Kay McCoy (351-9106). Any lady from Savoy UMC is welcome to join us. Special thanks go out to Diane
Lough for the beautiful Mother’s Day favors she created and to those who helped prepare and serve the DAR
lunch on May 15 as well as the setup crew.

The Quilters—June 8th and 22nd at 10:30 am

The quilters have signed up for a booth in the upcoming bazaar & marketplace. Now we need to get busy on
those projects! We have several ideas, if you need them. Stop by on Saturday June 8 10:30am-1pm to see what is
going on. We will be making bears for Carle Hospice (at Carle) on June 22. Contact Cindy for more information
