      The internal environment is the one that has a direct impact

      on the company's operations. Some internal elements are
      often manageable because they are under the company's

      control. It can adapt its staff, physical facilities, and

      organisational structure, as well as functional tools like
      marketing, to fit the surroundings..






      The term "internal factors" refers to anything that is within

      the company and within its control, whether material or

      intangible. After these elements have been identified, they

      are       categorised             as      the      company's             strengths         and
      weaknesses. Strength is defined as an element that has a

      beneficial impact on the firm.
