This Budget proposal is made for co-ordination of various research and administrative works
in PAMU for the year 2021-2022. The budgetary requirements are being posited below in
tabular form under the usual heads of Revenue (Salary, General) and Capital. This
Departmental Budget includes most of the ongoing research proposals for the year 2021-2022.

9. Objectives:
The faculties in PAMU are mainly working in theoretical physics and certain areas of Applied
Mathematics. Broadly, the areas are Quantum Information Theory, Condensed Matter
Physics, Gravitation & Cosmology and Non-linear dynamics. The objective of the research is
to deepen the theoretical understanding and find newer results in the respective areas that may
be relevant and may find applications in the development of new indigenous technologies.
