What makes an organizaTtion grow in flourishing time and survive in a
challenging situation is the dedication, sense of compassion and ownership
that each & every employee shares with the organization. In this profoundly
sensitive situation, when the whole world is facing a threat from the COVID-19
pandemic, every Resdev employee has shown a pinnacle of ownership and
zenith of compassion towards the organization. It feels an honor to lead such a
gallant & sincere team.

I express my gratitude to each one of you for giving me the confidence that
Resdev is in the safest hands it could possibly be and we all with our consistent
efforts will continue to keep moving fast forward. Not to forget the immense
support provided by the IT Support Team led by Rajesh Kumar Singh in
managing this crisis situation and flawlessly executing the humungous “Work
From Home” operation. Thank You Everyone!

2019-20 has been a very successful year for Naukri Fast Forward and we're
proud to tell you all about it in this newsletter. We strive to exceed the client's
expectations, meet our commitments, innovate in our business and deliver
excellence.

These standards are embedded into our corporate culture and are followed in
every aspect of our business operation through tenets like zero compromise
on quality, consistent value for money to our clients, client satisfaction, and
maintaining loyalty with employees. I would like to thank the whole Resdev
Family whose, immense dedication & hard work has made us proud of our
past, given us a dynamic present and provided us with the confidence to look
forward to a promising future.
