การออกเสียงสูงต่ าในภาษาอังกฤษ (Intonation) คือ
กำรออกเสียงสูงต่ ำในประโยค ซึ่งจะเน้นเสียงที่ค ำหลังสุด ถ้ำ Can I see it?

ระดับโทนเสียงที่ต่ำงกันก็จะท ำให้ควำมหมำยที่จะสื่อต่ำงกันไป Is it raining outside?

ด้วย โดยทั่วไปมี 2 แบบคือ Am I talking too fast?
1. กำรขึ้นเสียงสูง (Rising Intonation)

2. กำรลงเสียงต่ ำ (Falling Intonation) ใช้กับประโยคบอกเล่ำธรรมดำที่เรำต้องกำรให้มันเป็นค ำถำม
