POSITION TITLE: Client & Finance Coordinator
SUPERVISOR’S POSTION: Office Manager or Director of Administration
RESULTS STATEMENT: Client Coordinator: Maintains a steadily growing active client base that has
been appropriately reminded for services recommended. This active client base
is happy with our communications and readily books these services when due.
Finance Coordinator: Provides client outstanding client service by offering and
coordinating helpful financial arrangements that will help everyone involved;
pets, clients, staff, and business ownership.
PRIMARY STATS:
1. Gross Income
2. Number of Active Clients
3. Weekly Transaction Numbers
4. Percentage of client compliance on doctor recommendations (ACT).
5. Total promotional items going out to existing clients
6. Total Calls booked
