3002 - Absences of Client Coordinator








        Director of Administration will assure we keep a MINIMUM of five staff members
        trained on procedure #3010 “Phone Script Guidelines” to step in during Client

        Coordinator absence, planned or unplanned.
                   o  Review reports and/or call lists

                   o  Understand and follow scripts for callbacks with appropriate results
                   o  Enter notes in Avimark

                            Follow Client Coordinator Procedure 3010, 3011, and 3012
