If Client Coordinator calls in for MULTIPLE DAYS:
o Director of Administration ( or Executive Director if Director of Admin is
absent) will review current week’s stats callback numbers to determine if
trained staff need to make calls.
o Director of Administration will report the plan IN WRITING to ED for
approval by noon on the second missed day by CC of how and when the
missed hours will be made up.
o Any staff required to make more than 5 calls per day will be SCHEDULED
time off the floor for these calls, even if it required overtime.
o All stats that may be lost due to the absence will be recouped within the
next 7 days.
I.e. Goal for week is 260. Client Coordinator has made 156 calls for
the week. 5 trained staff members will make 10 calls each on a daily
basis until goal is reached or surpassed depending on report.
