We need all of these brochures stocked in the puppy/kitten folders AND in the exam rooms

Counting Kitten and Puppy Packets

The person assigned the LABS weekly areas of inventory is required to count the following EVERY WEEK AND
ADJUST AVIMARK ON HAND QUANTITY:
9. 20 Puppy packs, 20 Kitten packs each week - Assure we have 4 puppy packs and 4 kitten packs filled and
in each exam of 5 exam room.
10. Back stock – we need AT LEAST A ONE WEEK SUPPLY of each of the items above in back stock. If below
a week’s worth it should show up in red for the inventory manager to automatically order.
11. The above person should know roughly how many puppy and kitten packets we use each week. The
“order point” should be set to order when we have approximately 10 day supply in the back stock. This
may need to be adjusted up during busy puppy and kitten months.
12. The Inventory Manager is responsible for ordering anything we need.
