SUPPLIES FOR PACKETS: All supplies are located ICU in the far right two cabinets with labels for each of the
components. EMPTY FOLDERS ARE KEPT IN THE CABINET IN EXAM ROOM 2. EXTRA PREPARED FOLDERS ARE
KEPT IN ICU TREATMENT IN THE FAR RIGHT CABINET.

FULL PACKETS - WHERE AND HOW MANY: Every Monday by 5 PM a minimum of 5 of each packet filled
packets (puppy, kitten, and new clients) in each of the 4 exam rooms are ready for clients. More is even better.
They are located in the lower drawers within easy reach for staff and doctors.

Place the following information in the RIGHT pocket of each folder IN THIS ORDER:

 Revolution Brochure
 Royal Canin Diet Brochure
 Lifetime of Wellness Book
 Insert the LVH Business card into the folder slots on the right side.
 Trupanion Brochure
 Trupanion Certificate

Place the following information in the LEFT pocket of each folder IN THIS ORDER:
 LVH Services Offered
 LVH Boarding Brochure
 Care Credit Brochure
 Vetbilling Brochure
 Vet’s First Choice Pharmacy Brochure and Business card
 CVSEC magnet (while supplies last)
 Staple CVSEC business card on the outside of the pocket
 Free First Puppy Groom Certificate
