Wellness Services are proud to sponsor RiverPlex Reset. Let us help you
reclaim your health!

The program begins January 21, 2017 with an orientation and kick off event,
where all participant’s starting weight will be recorded. Competition and
training begins the week of January 23, 2017 and will end on April 18, 2017.

RiverPlex Reset is for individuals age 18 and older who have more than 15
pounds to lose.

What’s Included: Program Structure:
• Group Personal Training sessions • Participants will compete against one another to
2x a week for 12 weeks lose weight and body fat.
• Nutrition sessions with OSF • Each individual will be put on a team of six to
1x a week for 10 weeks (choose from two time slots) eight people.
• 2 Wellness Coaching sessions • Each team will have 2 personal trainers to train
• 2 PT Coaching sessions them twice a week for 12 weeks.
• Weigh-ins weekly • Nutrition sessions led by a licensed OSF
• 1 Bod Pod Test (tests body fat %) Registered Dietitian.
• Circumference measurements
• 2 Fitness Tests
• T-shirt $595/RiverPlex members, $645/non-members

Spring Break Camp

April 10-17 • Ages 5-12

Have a blast during your winter break from school! Our
professional staff provides a wide variety of activities 76482 M: 4/10
including games, sport activities, arts and crafts, playtime 76483 Tu: 4/11
in the AquaPlex and more! Bring your own lunch and we 76484 W: 4/12
will provide an afternoon snack and drink. Don’t forget 76485 Th: 4/13

Member/Resident Cost: $30/day, $170/entire camp 76487 M: 4/17
