Calling all Zooper Campers! Peoria Zoo is your headquarters for
learning about the incredible super powers animal possess! From flying
and shape shifting to incredible feats of strength and the ability to live
in space, we will explore the amazing adaptations animals gain in order
to survive in the wild.

Each weekly program includes: Animal Encounters, Science Activities,
Crafts, Games, and more.

Our Zoo Camp sessions are designed to meet the needs, interests
and expectations appropriate to the developmental stage of campers
at a particular grade level, so it is important that these guidelines
are followed. Please do not request to enroll children in other grade
categories.
• Registration is required. To register, please call (309) 681-3559.
• Programs will fill quickly and are on a first come, first served basis.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and are required at time of registration.
• Peoria Zoo reserves the right to cancel programs with insufficient registration.
• A full refund will be given for programs cancelled due to low attendance.
• Programs are held rain or shine.
• Camp fees include one Zoo Camp t-shirt.
• A snack will be provided each day.
• Campers in sessions 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7will need to bring a sack lunch.
• *Camps for 4th through 8th graders include a Zoo Snooze from 7pm Thursday to 9am Friday. The camp session for these
weeks (Sessions 3, 4, 5 and 6) will officially end at 9 am Friday morning. A bonus day of camp on Friday is available for an
additional cost. Please call for more information.
Note: Each grade level has two session dates to choose from. The materials covered are the same for both sessions.

June 12-16 Second/Third Grade (Session 2 & 7) 9:00 am-2:00 pm $125 members
or Zookids who will be entering 2nd or 3rd grade. $135 non-members
July 24-27 Bring a sack lunch; snack and drink provided.
June 19-22 Fourth/Fifth Grade (Session 3 & 6) 9:00 am-2:00 pm $140 members
or Zookids who will be entering 4th or 5th grade. Monday through Thursday* $150 non-members
July 17-20 Bring a sack lunch; snack and drink provided.
June 26-29 Sixth/Seventh/Eighth Grade (Session 4 & 5) 9:00 am-3:00 pm $150 members
or Zookids who will be entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Monday through Thursday* $160 non-members
July 10-13 Bring a sack lunch; snack and drink provided.

Mini-Camp for Homeschoolers! No need to take the summer off from Peoria Zoo Homeschool!
This camp is designed for Homeschool children to explore the animal world and bridge the summer gap between Homeschool classes! Each
day will be a different topic to explore!
July 17-19 Homeschool MiniCamp! (5-13 years old) 9:00 am-12:00 pm $80 members
Snack and drink provided $90 non-members
