BLUE PLANET

Earth lies at the perfect distance from
the Sun, allowing for an abundance of
water to exist. If it were closer, the planet
would be too hot and all the water would
evaporate; if it were further away and
colder, all the water would freeze. Liquid
water forms the oceans, fuels the world’s
weather, and is vital for life. Without it,
our planet would be a lifeless ball of rock.
