Decrease in the reports of disturbing crimes in Al Madinah Al-Shamil Police
Station by 27%
His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman
Police, praised the decrease in reports of disturbing crimes in Al Madinah Al-Shamil Police Station by
27% during the year 2020. This came during his inspection of Al Madinah Al-Shamil police station and the
community police department through the videoconference system. At the end of the tour, His Excellency
Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi held a meeting with the center’s officers to provide
guidance and recommendations on what was briefed in the inspection tour to enhance the development
of the work systems used to provide services to all customers by all means. This is to ensure that
their transactions can be completed easily and conveniently in record time by updating processes and
procedures in an effort to raise the percentage of customer satisfaction from Al-Madinah Al-Shamil
Police Station.
Major General Sheikh Sultan Al-Nuaimi praises the efforts of the Financial Affairs and
Human Resources departments in the smart transformation and happiness of workers
His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of
Ajman Police, praised the efforts of the Financial Affairs and Human Resources Departments for
the smart transformation in service provision. He praised the distinguished exerted efforts which
resulted in winning the Human Resources Department a number of distinguished awards. This
came during His Excellency’s virtual inspection tour of the Financial Affairs and Human Resources
Department via the videoconference system. At the end of the visit, His Excellency praised the
exerted efforts, stressing on the need to continue strengthening the expertise of the human
resources and preserving the property in a way that supports the quality of work and enhances the
efficiency of performance.
The Director General of Resources and Support Services praises the quality of
service provision to customers at the Al Jurf Al-Shamil Police Station
His Excellency Brigadier General Mubarak Khalfan Al-Razi, Director General of Resources and Support
Services in the Ajman Police General Headquarter, inspected the Al-Jurf Al-Shamil Police Station,
the Social Support Center and the Police Follow-up Department in a virtual inspection tour via the
videoconference system.
At the end of the tour, His Excellency Brigadier General Mubarak Khalfan Al-Razi held a meeting with
the officers of the Al-Jurf Al-Shamil Police Station, the Social Support Center and the Police Follow-
up Department to ensure the implementation of the annual inspection standards according to the
administrative duties , the extent of commitment to implement the decisions issued by the supreme
command , the applied administrative procedures as well as the extent of the existence of a mechanism
for the administrative control of the staff and follow-up of work procedures.
The Commander in Chief praises the achievements of smart connectivity in Al-Shamil
police stations
His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police,
praised the accomplishments of Al-Shami police stations during the first half of 2020, including promoting
smart connectivity of services with partners and developing services in a way that enhances customer
happiness and satisfaction.
At the end of the virtual inspection tour, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi
discussed what had been briefed to enhance the quality of work .He praised the role of the departments’
chiefs in achieving the targets in a way that enhances the achievement of the national agenda indicators
and supports the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior, Calling for the necessity
to sustain the development of various work procedures and the services provided to customers and exert
all the possible efforts to protect life and property and maintain security and stability.
