Ajman Police adopts the smart application “Saed” in coordination with Saed Company

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-
Chief of Ajman Police, welcomed a delegation of Saed Traffic Company, headed by Eng.
Ibrahim Raml, CEO of Saed Company. For his part, Eng. Ibrahim Raml assured Saed’s
keenness to continuously strive to provide innovative solutions to take advantage of
digital technologies and artificial intelligence in cooperation with strategic partners.
He clarified that the simple smart accident planning service provided through the
Saed application is characterized by the ease and speed that allows the reporter to
carry out the planning process in case of a minor accident directly from the accident
site via the application by following a set of simple steps and procedures to complete
its data and locate it via an interactive map. Also, it is uploading the accident details
and images and the resulting damages within a few minutes in which the procedure
ends by confirming receipt of the request and issuing the accident report via smart
               notifications.

                   smart platform initiative

As part of its continuous efforts to support the smart transformation in providing services
to customers, Al- Madinah Al-shamil Police Station launched the smart platform initiative to
raise the awareness of the customers on how to use smart services within the framework
of achieving the strategic objective of the Ministry of Interior, which is to enhance customer

The initiative came as part of Ajman Police’s efforts to raise the customers’awareness that do
not have sufficient experience to use smart devices by educating them on how to accomplish
services through smart applications which contribute to support the smart transformation
in providing services and enhance customer satisfaction about the services provided.
The initiative was implemented by creating a platform that uses smart tablets used by
the police officers to display the smart services provided by the police station, such as the
