I have found a way round this prob-
lem, If you come over to Chichester
Harbour as if you are coming to
Northshore, I can arrange a Swing-
ing mooring in the Harbour where
you can Isolate for the two days, But
you can not get off the boat until
Sunset on the high seas your transport is at Itchenor to run
you to the airport on Thursday the
17th of September. I will give you

         best wishes

         Nigel
Far away from the country, we were
only online for a very short time, if at
all. Contact with Nigel was not possi-
ble. What to do? We assumed that he
                                           had clarified the requirements official-
ly and set off again for England. It
turned out to be a long day and a long
night. The crossing of the channel de-
manded a lot from us with the pre-
AIS: There was a lot going on
there. upper left the Isle of Wight vailing shipping traffic, as despite AIS
and radar we had to keep an eye out.
The drive into the narrow entrance to Chichester on the dark of night de-
manded a lot of concentration and attention. So I decided to drop anchor
at West-Wittering at 03:10 and only go to the assigned buoy at dawn. In
the dark in the narrow alley of countless yachts that are moored to buoys,
to visit our assigned buoy was too risky for me. Which we then did at 07:35
after a well-deserved but short nap.
