SEMI-MICROWAVE EXTRUDED BRIQUETTING - PELLETS OF COAL
SLIME

The modified briquetting method was using microwave heating with pyrite content of asphaltite and char in the
form of micron sized. The parameters of this briquetting method produced the humate sludge product required for soil
remediation. The porous char of coals such as Seyitömer lignite were also evaluated by this method and test results of
pelletization with asphaltite were beneficial and effective as briquetting lignite. Microwave pelletizing and briquetting
is a method of sand size sludge and coal slime mixing with fiber type cellulosic mass- and briquetting over sized
particles with waste oil and separating them from the clay by precipitation in treatment medium depending on the size
of the large agglomerate of sewer sludge.
