The Operations Division, headed by Rolly

has been efficiently processing the
releases of claims of our insurance
policy holders. It has also been
responding to the queries and
requests of the clients. Together
with him is a team composed of
the following : Ariel Miguel, Rowena
Enojo, Sherwin Raon, Rovelin
Acebes, Christian Molabola, Irish Joy
Palma, and Jansen Arano of Policy
Administration; Manager Norma
Gojar, Brenia Nuguid, and Reymar
Demoral of Field Operations; Jehan
Mae Gojit, Jerry Felarca Jr., Paula
Bianca Gomez and Mario Pradia
Jr. of Claims; Chazel Cabatbat and
Catleya Maaño of Underwriting; Rose
Ann Dolor and Maredith Madrazo of
Client Relations; and Lara Amadeo,
Jane Bersales, Jerelyn Calibuso,
Michiko Felizarta, Jhunilyn Gacho,
Kanee May Mendoza, and Regane
Velasco of Customer Care Contact.
The Finance Division, particularly
the Cash Management team, has
been facilitating the requests
of various departments in the
swift processing and issuance of
checks for urgent payments and
release of commissions. This was
made possible by Manager Janeth
Villanueva, ACS, Assistant Manager
Marisol Bulaon, and Jenifer Laurido
and Gladis Cuneta.
The Human Resources Division,
particularly Compensation and
Benefits team led by Assistant
Vice President Rita Bernad along
with Manager Deeda Concepcion,
Neri, Lensy Mateo and and Mary Joy Villahermosa, Kaycee
Mary Joy Manzano, has been
revisiting company guidelines
and keeping themselves updated
with DOLE regulations to ensure
that employees are financially
equipped and covered; while the
Facilities Management team led
by Engr. Amos Carlos Sanchez
along with Engr. JC Porciuncula,
Arnel Advincula, Rogelio Malla,
Princess Erika Cestina, Reynaldo
Diaz and Eugene Fernandez, has
been providing extensive support
to guarantee deliveries, mobility,
safety, orderliness and maintenance
in the office.
The Group Marketing Division,
particularly the Group Term Life
team represented by Alvin Ydia and
Business Development - Migrants
Insurance represented by Mary
Ann Andal and Jarmay Galay, have
been attending to account-related
concerns for group life insurance
and OFW loans.
The Healthcare Division, particularly
the Account Management team of
Alex Gonzales and Elvis Balanon
has been providing all the support
needed by our individual and
group HMO clients. They were
fully supported by the Accounting
team of Gladys Delanta, Fernando
Dela Cruz, Fernchrist Ancheta and
Carl Lazo; Provider Relations team
represented by Audrey Lucero, Mary
Grace Siringan and Celine Noble;
and Medical Services comprised
of Anna Laurel, Marichelle Datoy
and Cherrylyn Camo from Claims
Pacson, Manuelito Vivero, Heather

extending assistance 24/7.
It is also proper to give credit right
to our agency personnel – the
drivers, messengers, clerks, security
and canteen for all the assistance
they have extended to the skeletal
workforce.
As Angela Duckworth once said,
“Enthusiasm is common. Endurance
is rare.” Being resilient as we all
Cocolifers are, the above mentioned,
whom we consider as our frontliners,
have remained true to our core in
delivering the utmost commitment
of servicing the Filipino people.
Hours may have turned to days, and
days may have turned to weeks –
these frontliners had to stay in-house
and vigorously face the challenges
head on even if this would cost them
time to be with their families in order
to be there for the organization.
May this be an inspiration that despite
facing all these uncertainties, we let
go of the ‘what if’s’ and think of ‘what
we can’. Never let any adversary get
in the way as it would be great to see
things differently and look forward
for a brighter tomorrow.
