7. Operational guidelines

7.9 The airport provides a specific area for AQ hotel staff to pick up their passengers
within the arrival hall.

7.10 The pick-up point for passengers travelling to AQ hotels is located at the front
of the arrival hall.

7.11 Only cars or vans registered with the COVID-19 Centre of Koh Samui can be used
for transfer service and should have a SAMUI+ sign on the vehicle.
