Officers wear PPE and provide temperature
measurement before starting work

Officers escort passengers through
immigration and customs process

Escort passengers to baggage reclaim
and to the hotel’s pick-up point

Officers clean their tools and equipment such as
handheld transceivers with disinfectant after
completing the service

waste, then dispose of them at the designated area
after service.
