2.7 The criteria for entry and exit to the Kingdom is considered based on the

exclusion conditions to provide relief for foreigners who are affected by the
situation due to the Outbreak of the Communicable Disease under the
designated laws and regulations.
2.8 In case of finding any international arrival with an outstanding arrest warrant
and the government still has the quarantine policy, the relevant authority should
arrest and transfer the passenger to the provincial police office for further
process. Police officers are responsible for transferring the passenger to the
quarantine place specified by authorized local officers.
