5. I’ve come to Japan to do shopping.
Invite a friend to do the following activities.

Role Play
1. Your group has been working hard. Suggest that you go for a drink
afterwards.
2. It’s 12:00. Invite a friend to go eat lunch.
3. At a reception, you meet another guest. Ask about her company, hometown,
college, major, favorite food, favorite music, and hobbies.
4. You’ve been asked to go to karaoke with everyone. Politely turn down the
invitation, explaining that:
1) you have a previous engagement (plan) today;
2) you are not good at singing.
5. Discuss what leisure activities:
1) you like and do often;
2) you want to do but don’t do very much;
3) you don’t do at all.
