GET UP EARLIER
                                                               If you’re inding yourself waking up more
                                                                than once or twice during the night and
                                                                 taking a long time to fall back to sleep,
                                                               try rolling out of bed at least half an hour
                                                             earlier than normal every day – even during
                                                                 the weekends. Stick to this until you’ve
                                                                 slept really well for at least two weeks.
                                                                 Research has demonstrated that this is
                                                                 one of the most efective strategies for
                                                             curing insomnia. To adjust the cycle of your
                                                              slumber, you must start at the point where
                                                              you’re in control – the time when you wake
                                                               up. When this slight shift is implemented,
                                                                  the rest of the cycle will move as well.
