Hello, this is Hector, your onboard computer. Are you getting enough sleep?

Hector’s notes
Don’t worry, powerful dreams are common
among astronauts. If you want to sleep better,
I’d recommend an eye mask, which will cut

Patient comments
Being cooped up in this tiny capsule is really
starting to get on my nerves. I get along okay
with most of the crew (even Ivanov the snorer),
but Fujita and I almost came to blows the other
day when her experiment kept failing and she
blamed it on me.
Hector’s notes
In such a cramped space, be sure to give
yourself some “downtime”—listening to music
or exercising can really help. Do sort things out
with Fujita if you can—on one space shuttle
mission, a crew member had to be guarded
after he threatened to open the escape hatch!
Are you eating well?
