Siamese Fighting Fish
The brilliant colours and flowing fins of the Siamese fighting fish make them one
of the most appealing aquarium species. Just don’t be tempted to put these
belligerent ‘bettas’ in a tank with anything else.Their reputation as fighting fish is
well deserved!
Females
Female fighting fish are much drabber than their male counterparts.
They also tend to be slightly smaller,with less defined pelvic fins
(those set forwards on either side of the body).
