Valentine’s Day cheesecake

Directions
1 Mix the melted butter and biscuits together in a
bowl. Tip into a 20cm heart-shaped tin and spread
out. Press down to level the surface with the back
of a spoon. Chill in the fridge.
2 Put the gelatine into a small bowl of cold water.
Leave to soak for 5 minutes. Drain the water, then
place the bowl into a pan of just boiled water and
stir until melted. Set aside.
3 Whisk the cream cheese and yoghurt together
in a bowl. Add the runny gelatine and mix until
smooth. Fold in the cream, icing sugar and vanilla
extract. Spoon into the tin and level. Chill for 2
hours, until set. Decorate with the mixed berries.
